Shipping and delivery

Mia’s Muzzles ships worldwide! Once you fill in your address, you will be given one or more shipping options to choose from, along with the price.

Please allow approximately 6-8 weeks for completion of your custom muzzle. This does not include shipping time. For Rush Orders, your muzzle will be completed and shipped within 2 weeks. You will receive a shipping email from the courier when your muzzle has been shipped.

Due to the high volume of emails and messages we receive daily, please refrain from contacting us regarding order status unless it has been longer than 8 weeks. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Thank you for trusting us with your custom muzzle! Please read our return policy carefully:

1. No Refunds:

Due to the customized nature of our muzzles, we do not accept returns or refunds. If the refund is requested prior to the muzzle being started, it may be granted, less the processing fee.

2. Repair or Adjustment:

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or repair for damaged or defective muzzles. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional costs.

As each muzzle is custom made based on submitted information, muzzles which need replacement or adjustment due to sizing issues may be subject to additional costs.

CUSTOM MUZZLE ORDERS:

If all required measurement pictures were provided with the order, the muzzle may be shipped back to us at buyer’s expense, and Mia’s Muzzles will compensate for the labour/resources needed to make the necessary adjustments or remake, as well as the return shipping at no additional cost.

If measurement pictures were missing, the muzzle may be returned to us for adjustment/replacement, and the following charges may apply:

• $15 USD/$20 CAD for measurement adjustments
• $35 USD/$50 CAD for complete remake
• All associated shipping fees

COOKIE CUTTER MUZZLES:

Cookie cutter muzzles may be exchanged for a different size provided they are in new and unused condition, or upgraded to a custom order if needed. Buyer will be responsible for all additional shipping costs and fees associated with the exchange. We highly recommend reaching out for sizing help to ensure the best fit first!

3. Cancellation:

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

4. Customization:

We take pride in crafting each custom muzzle to your specifications. Please ensure all details are accurate when placing your order.

Proper fitting and adjustment of the muzzle are crucial for its effectiveness and safety.

4. Disclaimer:

While our custom muzzles are designed to provide comfort, protection and control, we cannot guarantee their effectiveness in all situations or environments.
Use of the custom muzzle is at the customer’s own risk, and Mia’s Muzzles shall not be held liable for any incidents or consequences arising from its use.
